  • CyberPatriot XIII

    Our CyberAegis teams swept another virtual National Finals competition this year. The accomplishments are as follows for the Virtual competition held the weekend of March 21st 2021: 

    Network Security Master Challenge:
    Open Division, out of 2,633 teams
    National Champion - CyberAegis Cobalt, Del Norte High School
    Runner-up - CyberAegis Nobelium, Del Norte High School
    Middle School Division, out of 754 teams
    National Champion - CyberAegis Technetium, Oak Valley Middle School
    3rd Place - CyberAegis Iridium, Design 39 Campus

    Cisco Networking Challenge
    Open Division:
    1st - CyberAegis Cobalt, Del Norte High School
    3rd - CyberAegis Nobelium, Del Norte High School
    Middle School Division:
    CyberAegis Technetium, Oak Valley Middle School

    AT&T Challenge
    Winner: Cyber Aegis Cobalt, Del Norte High School
  • CyberPatriot XII

    Unfortunately, the CyberPatriot in person National Finals were cancelled this year due to COVID-19 but that didn't stop CyberAegis teams from rising to the occasion. This year's accomplishments are as follows for the Virtual competition held the weekend of May 2nd 2020:

    Out of the 11 awards we were eligible for, we took 9.
  • CyberPatriot XI

    In 2019, beginning in February, CyberAegis dominated every competiton. In the SoCal Cyber Cup, they took the 1st and 3rd in the middle school division (CyberAegis Chaos, and Kronos respectively) and CyberAegis Chobani took 2nd in the high school division. In April, after taking the top 3 national finalist positions at semifinals previously, CyberAegis Chaos earned 1st place nationally, CyberAegis Kronos earned 2nd nationally, and CyberAegis Aether, the only all girls team earned 3rd place nationally (all in the MS division). In the high school division, CyberAegis Chobani took 3rd nationally, with CyberAegis Thanatos taking 5th place. 

  • CyberPatriot X

    In 2018, out of 1,100 team across the nation, CyberAegis Cancer Minor took 1st place across the nation, and CyberAegis Scorpio took 2nd place. Out of 2,757 teams in the nation, Del Norte High School's CyberAegis Canis Major took 5th place. CyberAegis Orion took 6th place. CyberAegis Cassiopeia took 8th place! But more than just CyberPatriot, these teams have acquired collaboration and teamwork skills that will have a great impact on their lives. 

  • CyberPatriot IX

    In 2017, out of 4,400 teams across the US and other countries, 2 middle school teams placed 1st and 3rd in the nation, and advanced to the National Finals in April of 2017. 1 high school team also placed 6th nationally and advanced to the National Finals as well. Later this year, 2 CyberAegis teams, CyberAegis Flareon and CyberAegis Espeon competed in the California Cyber Innovation Challenge taking 3rd and 4th overall. 

  • CyberPatriot VIII

    In 2016, Coach Paul Johnson led team CyberAegis Millenium 360 to first place in the Middle School Division of the CyberPatriot VII competition. This was in the program's first year. The team took first place in the Network Security Master Challenge and the Cisco Networking Challenge. CyberAegis M360, in the semifinal round placed 1st with a perfect score and early finish out of 460 teams.
